Ace Combat 8 Season 1 Ace Pass Rewards

Quick Answer

Distinguish the free reward track, Premium access, and a voucher that still needs activation. Check the current Season 1 track for individual reward and claim conditions; ownership of Deluxe content does not make every reward immediately available.

ACE COMBAT 8 Season 1 Ace Pass rewards are earned through ACE COMBAT ONLINE. The free track includes aircraft skins, emblems, avatar customization, and progression items. Premium adds the ADFX-02 Morgan–PIXY, its special skin collection, more cosmetics, and additional progression rewards. Premium Plus grants the same premium access and immediately unlocks the first 30 of the season’s 100 levels.

Both tracks require mission XP to progress beyond any applied skip. Not every free-track level grants a reward. The published season lasts two months, and the launch announcement tells players wanting the Season 1 Morgan reward to redeem before the end of November. Check the active in-game season display for the exact remaining time rather than assuming a regional cutoff hour.

Compare the published Season 1 reward counts

Seasonal Ace Pass Free and Premium reward comparison

The seasonal lineup distinguishes free content from additional premium content. In the published comparison, plus signs mean extra rewards on the Premium track. They should not be read as replacing the free rewards with a smaller separate collection. Premium players can earn the applicable normal rewards alongside the premium additions.

The two tracks also contain progression items such as blueprints and boost tickets, together with aircraft banners and other rewards. The table covers the categories for which a season-wide count is published; it is not a complete level-by-level inventory. Do not use it to assign an unlisted costume or emblem to a specific tier.

The free track remains useful even without a Premium purchase. It contains visual customization and progression rewards available through online play. The absence of a free aircraft in the published Season 1 comparison does not mean every free level is empty, and the presence of multiple free cosmetics does not mean each of the 100 levels pays one.

Understand the three pass options

Free Ace Pass is the seasonal progression track available to all players. Premium gives access to its extra seasonal rewards. Premium Ace Pass Plus includes Premium and the 30-level skip. These are access and progress choices within the same season, not three different seasons with unrelated reward lists.

Plus does not complete all 100 levels. After the initial 30, you still need to progress for later rewards. It also does not create a stronger version of the named reward aircraft or a different premium cosmetic collection. Its stated difference is the progress skip added to Premium access.

If you already own Deluxe, account for its included Premium Ace Pass Plus voucher before purchasing another pass. The voucher can be redeemed for a season of your choice. A player who saves it for later has not activated the current season by merely owning it. The separate missing-pass guide covers locating and redeeming an included voucher; this page focuses on deciding what the seasonal reward tracks offer.

Separate immediate redemption rewards from progression rewards

Season 1 Premium or Premium Plus redemption unlocks the Morgan–PIXY and the aircraft’s special skin collection. The aircraft is identified as the Level 1 premium reward. It is therefore different from a cosmetic placed later along the season’s progression track.

Most reward planning concerns the rest of the 100 levels. Identify which rewards you want, then compare their displayed requirements with your current pass level. A reward shown in the season preview may still require more XP; appearing in a preview is not the same thing as being ready to use.

For a Plus owner, inspect the first 30 unlocked levels before setting a progression target. Those levels include the applicable normal and premium rewards at redemption. Planning from level zero when the skip has already been applied can make the remaining task appear larger than it is.

For ordinary Premium, distinguish access from progress. Premium makes the additional track eligible, while XP advances the track. A locked later reward is not proof the purchase failed if your current level has not reached it. Use the pass state and the item’s displayed condition together rather than judging the whole purchase from one unavailable item.

Earn progression through the online mode

Ace Pass XP comes from completing missions in ACE COMBAT ONLINE. Campaign and Online have separate progression and save data, so replaying the campaign solely to advance the pass is the wrong plan. Choose online activities that you can complete consistently, then confirm the pass progress after the sortie.

Co-Op Assault and Co-Op Warfare are the core online modes. Scramble and Emergency Sortie are special mission types that can appear for a limited time. Their availability should not be assumed for every session, and this page does not invent a fixed XP payout or claim a particular activity is always the fastest seasonal farm.

A practical progression routine is to set a reward target, check your starting level, complete the online missions available to you, and compare the resulting progress. This shows whether your own pace fits the remaining season. One successful sortie gives a local observation; it does not establish a guaranteed number of levels per hour for every player.

Select objectives you can finish rather than chasing a speculative best payout. A demanding mission that repeatedly fails may be a poor progression choice for your current experience, even if another player describes it as efficient. The supported goal is completing missions for XP, not meeting an invented universal farming threshold.

Distinguish the reward item types

Aircraft skins change an aircraft’s appearance. Emblems give another visual customization option. Avatar costumes and emotes apply to the online pilot presentation and lobby experience. Blueprints, tickets, credits, and related progression rewards serve different functions from these cosmetics.

Online players using emotes in the air-base lobby

Treat the item description in the pass as the controlling information for what you receive. A blueprint reward is not automatically a complete aircraft, and a ticket is not automatically a permanent weapon unlock. The published categories show that the pass contributes to aircraft progression, but they do not provide a universal conversion rate between every reward and every upgrade.

Premium includes additional credits, blueprints, and supply tickets. Supply tickets can be exchanged for item packs at the Supply Shop, and the progression items support aircraft upgrades also obtainable through ordinary in-game play. That is a distinction between another reward route and an item that is necessarily impossible to obtain without Premium.

Do not turn that description into a made-up drop-rate table or promise a particular upgrade from each pack. Preview the actual item and exchange information before using a ticket. The pass lineup describes reward categories; your immediate decision concerns the item currently displayed and the action the game offers for it.

Understand the 500 Ace Coins completion reward

The Season 1 announcement states that pilots who complete all 100 levels of both their Free and Premium tracks before the season ends can unlock 500 Ace Coins in total. The conditions and the word total matter. It is not 500 coins for each track, and the announcement does not describe a guaranteed 500-coin reward for an unfinished free-only pass.

This gives a full-season completion goal beyond an individual cosmetic. If you want it, compare your current level with the remaining time in the active season display. The Plus skip can reduce the amount of progress left, but it does not remove the remaining level requirement.

Keep a distinction between an attainable target and a promise of completion. Your available play time, mission completion pace, and current progress determine whether finishing the track is realistic. The reward statement does not guarantee that a certain number of daily sorties will be enough.

Nor does the 500-coin total establish that the next season’s Premium access can be bought entirely with those coins. A future pass price or currency policy would need its own current product information. Do not make a purchase on the assumption that completing this season necessarily pays for the next.

Keep Deluxe extras outside the seasonal reward count

Deluxe includes a separate customizable cosmetic set alongside its Premium Ace Pass Plus voucher. That set contains the Tasha costume, Scarlet missile smoke, the F-4E Mobius Squadron skin, and the F/A-18C Team Zvezda skin. Those edition extras should not be inserted into the season-wide count as if they were additional earned pass tiers.

The costume and missile smoke are Online content. The included aircraft skins also have campaign use conditions after completing all missions. A cosmetic being available in one mode does not establish that the seasonal progression track is shared with the other mode.

The same separation applies to preorder content. The F-14A and ACE COMBAT ZERO bonus belong to the earlier preorder offer, not to the Season 1 Free or Premium reward rows. Buying or redeeming a pass should not be described as granting those preorder bonuses.

For a clean inventory of what your account owns, group the items by their actual acquisition route: earned free rewards, earned premium rewards, immediate seasonal redemption content, edition extras, and preorder entitlements. That is an account check, not a requirement to buy each group separately when your existing edition already includes it.

Plan around the season without assuming every item returns

Premium reward lineups change each season. The current announcement describes two-month seasons and specifically directs players wanting the Season 1 Morgan to redeem before the end of November. Use that as a reason to check the active season, not as a substitute for its exact live countdown.

Playable Premium aircraft are planned for separate purchase after their seasons conclude. The same statement does not establish a later sale of every seasonal costume, title, emblem, or emote. If a particular cosmetic is your main goal, do not assume the aircraft DLC plan covers it.

An unused Deluxe voucher is flexible: you can spend it on the current season or preserve it for a future one. Compare the actual displayed lineup before deciding. Saving it may suit a player who prefers a later lineup, but it also means foregoing the current season’s Premium access until they choose to redeem for it.

The useful planning endpoint is a specific goal you can check: an immediate Season 1 reward, a particular displayed tier, or the full 100-level completion. Record your active pass type, current level, and remaining time. Those observations tell you what remains to be earned without relying on old preorder advertisements, prelaunch guesses about 30-tier seasons, or another game’s season-pass system.
